Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide.

Can I pick up my order?
We don't currently offer a pickup option.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday may be delayed until the next business day.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Send us an email ASAP with your order number and correct address.
NOTE: Once your item has been sent, we will not be responsible for your parcel if the incorrect address was provided. The best option is to contact Australia post and request an update address or address change.
If your parcel is returned to us due to insufficient address details / wrong address - you will need to pay for shipping costs again to get your order sent to the correct address. If you no longer require your order you can opt for a refund of the value of the order less original shipping costs.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are shipping with Australia post.
How is my order packaged?
All products are shipped in compostable mailers or cardboard boxes. We do not include any unnecessary bits in your delivery, your order confirmation and shipping information will be sent digitally to avoid paper wastage.

Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. Please double check all details before check out.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not been processed. Please contact us right away if you wish to cancel your order via email to retrokittyvintage@gmail.com, quoting your order number.
If you order has already been processed we will be unable to cancel.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or poor fit.

I received an incorrect or faulty item, what do I do?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Retro Kitty reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item is deemed without fault.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I add or remove an item on my order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order.
Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 12 hours of the original order (and provided the original order hasn’t already been shipped).
How do I find my size?
As we sell second hand and Vintage clothing from various brands, sizing may vary across styles.
Please check the product page for any sizing information or measurements. If you are unsure of fit of an item or require more information please email us at retrokittyvintage@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you choose the right items.
Do you have any sales?
We offer 10% discount for the first order if you join our mailing list, please enter your email on the home page or the footer of any page and your discount code will be sent to your email address.

Our mission is to provide unique and sustainable fashion options to our customers while reducing waste and promoting circular fashion. We're committed to the circular fashion movement and believe that every piece of clothing can have a second life. We should love what we wear and it should make us feel amazing.
We believe that fashion doesn't have to come at a cost to the environment. By shopping secondhand, you're making a conscious choice to reduce your carbon footprint and contribute to a more eco-friendly fashion industry.
Can I send you my pre-loved items?
We would love to receive your pre-loved items, unfortunately we are not quite at that stage yet. Stay tuned as it is a future goal!
