These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Retro Kitty Thrift Haul Lottery competition ("Lottery"). By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms. By participating in the Retro Kitty Thrift Haul Lottery, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted them.

Eligibility

The Lottery is open to individuals who:
a. Are subscribed to the YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@MikaelaHofman 
b. Have liked the designated Thrift Haul Lottery video of the month. c. Have commented on the video with their favorite piece featured.

Entry Period

The entry period begins when the Thrift Haul Lottery video is posted and ends at the discretion of Retro Kitty.

Prize and Winner Selection

  • The prize consists of items featured in the Thrift Haul Lottery video.
  • One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted through a reply to their comment on the relevant YouTube video.There is only one winner per Thrift Haul Lottery

Shipping

Items will be shipped to the winner free of charge, regardless of their location in the world.

Prize Redemption

The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.

Prize Claim

  • The original winner must claim their prize within one week from the date of notification.
  • If the original winner does not claim their prize within the specified period, a redraw will be conducted to select a new winner.

Disqualification

Retro Kitty reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for fraudulent activities or violation of these Terms.

Modification or Termination

Retro Kitty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Lottery at any time without prior notice.

Publicity

By participating, you agree to allow Retro Kitty to use your name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Retro Kitty, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
